A road map has been designed to make sure five Russian universities enter the list of top 100 international universities by 2020. The road map will be discussed by the Government of the Russian Federation on its meeting on October 17, Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov said on Thursday.
On October 4-5, Penza will welcome Province Project, a forum that will discuss the roles and competitive advantages of Russian regions, work on forming the cultural environment of the Russian heartland and exchange positive experiences of implementing changes in the society, business and government.
